We are always looking for motivated people who want to rock events and weddings together with us. As a young, dynamic team, we attach great importance to a pleasant working atmosphere and an inspiring atmosphere in the office. If you’re looking to expand your skills and gain hands-on experience in the event and wedding industry , you’ve come to the right place.
We have our hands full – from wedding planning to rental coordination to tasks as a media designer. Our fields of activity are versatile and offer exciting insights into the event and wedding industry. We also offer internships for pupils and students to provide a practical insight into our everyday work. Our mindset is always positive and team-oriented: Together we want to grow and celebrate success.

We offer regular training courses for all team members – whether full-time employees, trainees or trial interns. You will learn everything about business etiquette, professional appearance on the phone, marketing, social media and many other exciting topics. A good atmosphere and an appreciative approach are particularly important to us – because creative ideas can only emerge and be successfully implemented in a positive environment.

You will be responsible for our warehouse in Waldkirch – you will keep things tidy, handle orders independently and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries in exchange with our team. You love events, like to be on the road and discover new locations.
Your chances
- Set-up and dismantling of the rentals: Implementation of events according to customer requirements – from set-up to dismantling.
- Vehicle Inspection & Security: Inspection of vehicles before the journey as well as safe loading and unloading.
- Independent order processing: Responsibility for the complete handling of customer projects.
- Prepare sales goods: Control, packaging and preparation of the goods ready for dispatch.
- Discover new places and people: You travel to different locations, get to know new places and make people happy.

During your training, you will learn how to accompany events and weddings from planning to implementation. You will gain insights into organization, customer service, budget planning and processes around events. You will work closely with our team and learn step by step how to realize successful events.

Participation in events: You will be present live at events, support with decorating, setting up and dismantling and learn how an event rental works on site.
Develop creative concepts: You will help design – from decoration ideas to complete event concepts – and can actively contribute your creativity.
Discover new places: At each event, you will get to know different locations and gain exciting insights into different event formats.
Get to know the processes of an event rental: You will experience in a practical way how an event rental is organized – from planning to logistics to implementation.

Elzach
As an event trainee, you will get to know all areas of our event rental – from planning to on-site construction – and be right in the middle of the action when events come to life.
Your chances
Participation in events: You will be present live at events, support with decorating, setting up and dismantling and learn how an event rental works on site.
Support in the warehouse & cleaning: You will help out in the warehouse and with cleaning and thus get a comprehensive insight behind the scenes of an event rental.
Discover new places: At each event, you will get to know different locations and gain exciting insights into different event formats.
Get to know the processes of an event rental: You will experience in a practical way how an event rental is organized – from planning to logistics to implementation.

Website maintenance & design: You work independently with WordPress and Elementor and make sure that our website is always up-to-date.
Contribute new ideas: You will actively support the further development of our website, contribute fresh ideas and creative suggestions.
Independent work: You organize your tasks independently and implement projects independently.
Industry interest & affinity for technology: You are interested in our industry and can quickly familiarize yourself with new technical tools.
