A rental unit at vonRock Events includes 4 days:
For example, if you rent from Friday – Monday, the rental items Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday are available to you.
Do you need the rental items longer? With pleasure! We charge 30% per additional rental day.
The pick-up and return of your rental items is possible on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you are late, we ask you to call us, as our warehouse is not staffed all the time. Phone: 07682/9250804
The delivery of your rental items will be delivered on the first day of rental according to the agreed time, we work with a 2-hour delivery window.
Our logistics specialist unloads the items right next to the vehicle.
For heavy tables or large pieces of furniture, we offer a 2-man service, with a 2nd logistician coming along (optionally with additional costs). By prior arrangement, you are welcome to help with unloading and we will cancel the 2-man service.
We are happy to contract your rental items directly to the place of use and stack them there. In order to make you an offer for this, we need the following information:
- Walking routes from the van to the event area.
- Can all paths be rolled or are there steps / stairs / floors to overcome?
- Elevator on site? If so, dimensions of the elevator.
Please be honest with the information so that we calculate sufficient staff for the service contracts.
Would you like a full-service equipment with assembly and dismantling by vonRock? We will be happy to make you an offer.
Ideally, you should stop by our showroom or arrange an online tour to discuss your wishes.
We are happy to send all small items that are not fragile by parcel post.
The shipping costs for outward and return shipping are based on volume and weight and are calculated in the shopping cart.
fragile items are delivered by freight forwarder on pallets. The rental items are delivered on the day of delivery during the day and picked up again at the end of the rental period.
Please note that this service is only available on weekdays.
For collection, the goods must be secured with tension belts and foiled.
Delivery options
To ensure that you receive your decorative items flexibly and conveniently , we offer various delivery options: shipping, pick-up or direct delivery. This allows you to choose what best suits your schedule and needs.
Self-collection from Rock-Lager
You can pick up the decoration items you want at one of our locations. We will let you know the exact pick-up times one week before the date so that you can plan your pick-up optimally.

Postal & forwarding
Most of our items are suitable for postal delivery – you can find this information in every item description.
Postal delivery:
Shipping within Germany possible, on request also throughout Europe.
Return: Please return the package by 12:00 on the last day of rental.
Forwarding Shipping:
Furniture, glassware and porcelain are conveniently shipped by freight forwarder on pallets.
Delivery by van by vonRock
Your rental items will be delivered directly to your event location on the first day of rental and picked up again on the last day of rental. On request, the contracting of the materials to the place of use, as well as the assembly and dismantling, can be booked.
This is how we calculate the delivery:
Delivery by VonRock: €1.10 per kilometre driven + €80 flat rate for unloading directly at the vehicle
Pick-up by VonRock: €1.10 per kilometre driven + €80 flat rate for loading at the vehicle.
This way you can use your decoration stress-free without having to worry about transport and logistics.

Can the items also be rented outside of Germany?
Yes, our rental items can also be rented abroad, please ask us here individually by email.
Do we need to clean dishes, cutlery, glasses and textiles?
Von Rock takes care of the cleaning of the rental items for you. Please note that food residues must be removed from dishes, cutlery and plates. For food leftovers on dishes we charge 1€ per part.
Textiles: For all textiles, wax residues, mildew stains (mold), tears or holes are considered damage. These will be invoiced according to the stated replacement value.
How are chairs delivered?
Our chairs are stacked and delivered at the agreed time. Unless otherwise agreed, we unload directly next to the vehicle. We pick up the chairs again at the same place.
Optionally, we offer the service “Contract to the place of use”, where the rental items are contracted to the place of use and stacked there. We pick up the rental items again at the same location.
Optionally, we offer the service “Assembly by vonRock”, where the rental items are tolerated and assembled up to the place of use.
