Getting married in Northern Germany
Anyone who lives in Hamburg or in the north of Germany knows that the weather is not always reliable. But what if the desire for an outdoor wedding is so great? Now you might think there are two options, either you move the wedding to the south or abroad and have a destination wedding. However, this would mean that your entire wedding party is also allowed to travel there or option two you get married in northern Germany anyway and hope for good weather.
At this dream wedding in the Hamburg area, however, neither of the two options was chosen and nothing should be left to chance. The solution: an orangery glass tent that gives a feeling of “outside” and freedom, but at the same time protects against rain and wind. Nadine Metgenberg & her Fine Weddings Team
The idea of setting up a glass orangery tent in the middle of a meadow surrounded by forest and conjuring up a glamorous concept came from one of Germany’s best wedding planners: Nadine Metgenberg, the founder of Fine Weddings & Parties. Together with her team, Nadine plans weddings worldwide from Hamburg. For this spectacular wedding in northern Germany, the Fine Weddings team has also made the impossible possible.

We are all the more pleased that we were able to equip this wedding with our rental items. Since we have more than two locations in Germany, it is no problem for us to deliver rental items for this wedding to the north. Our NRW team was supported at this luxurious wedding by Dominic Rock himself, who once drove across Germany to help with the setup.
Among other things, we were allowed to equip the table-top with glass plates and beautiful gold rims, Elegance appetizer and dinner plates and tablecloths made of Macciato beige. In addition, we had the velvet cloth napkins specially made for this wedding. Not only the guests, but also the service staff was equipped with dark green velvet hand napkins, the eye served with 😉 Of course, the matching cutlery was not to be missed. The beige and gold cutlery gave the table design the final glamorous touch.
The art of wedding floristry
In addition to our rentals, floristry was another highlight. The combination of high and low centerpieces on the long tables has been super successful by the floral artist Jochen Tirre in collaboration with Siloh Floral from Spain. But not only the floristry on the table is convincing, but also the hanging flowers that stretched over the entire tent.
Colour concept
The colour concept always serves as the basis for the breathtaking wedding floristry. As a rule, the newlyweds decide on 2-3 main colors, which can be supplemented by accent colors. In this wedding by Nadine Metgenberg, the main colours wine red and green are in the foreground and are underpinned by the accent colours gold and blush.

Romantic atmosphere
Pictures say more than a thousand words. A romantic atmosphere was definitely provided at this wedding. On the one hand, by the lighting: chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and beautiful willow lanterns that illuminated the way to and from the tent. As well as through the many cylinder vases with block candles on the tables. On the other hand, through the floristry, such as the hanging flowers, which almost have something fairytale-like.
WOW effect
There’s nothing quite like creating WOW moments. A wedding is always something special! It is all the nicer for us as a service provider when not only the guests are enthusiastic, but also the bride and groom themselves experience a WOW effect, even though they were involved in the planning and know the concept. In the end, we have no choice but to say WOW. Nadine Metgenberg & her Fine Weddings team have made the impossible possible!

Inside, these lanterns with a braided look have a practical glass holder in which candles with a maximum diameter of 11cm can be inserted. Especially if you want it beautiful, the wooden wicker look of these lanterns is just right for you.
Linen tablecloth
The beautiful chosen color macchiato beige is just one of many colors that we have to choose from. Macchiato beige fits almost every style concept and also most other colors, as it is very nautical and can therefore be used universally.
Napkins
Our chic cloth napkins made of velvet / velour set a noble accent on your dinner table. Due to the special structure of the cloth napkins, the light refracts on them in a special way and thus holds an extraordinary glow.
